Banyan River emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. We are a leader amongst affordable housing charities through creating a true win-win relationship with our donors; and by paying forward incredibly generous donations.  We are also the only organization in the industry, including 'for profit' entities, to provide financing options with both no down payment and no interest; regardless of credit.
